Terms of Use

Draft. This text is a placeholder so the sign-up links resolve. It has not been written or reviewed by a lawyer and is not a binding agreement. Replace it with the final document before launch.

1. About Tuni

Tuni is a personal health app. It records what you log - meals, body scans, notes - and uses that history to describe patterns back to you.

2. Tuni is not medical advice

Tuni is not a doctor, dietitian, or diagnostic tool, and nothing it tells you is medical advice. Its insights are generated automatically from the data you enter and can be wrong. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here, and never use Tuni to diagnose or treat a condition.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Tuni. Keep your login details to yourself - anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

4. What you put in

The data you log stays yours. You give Tuni permission to store and process it in order to run the app and produce your insights. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

5. Payment

Access is paid for up front through our payment processor. Pricing, refunds, and what the fee covers are described at checkout.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Tuni running but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Tuni whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

8. Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we'll say so in the app before the change takes effect.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to our support address.
